Charles Hulen, M.A.
Biography: Charles Hulen joined the IPR as a Junior Research Associate in the fall of 2006. Charles brings to the IPR a variety and depth of experiences in social and behavioral science research, most recently as Assistant Director-Operations, at The Survey Research Center at Indiana University-Purdue University, Indianapolis. He received his B.A. in Criminal Justice from Indiana University, Bloomington and holds a M.A. in Sociology from Indiana University-Purdue University, Indianapolis. He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Criminal Justice from the College of Education, Criminal Justice, and Human Services at the University of Cincinnati.
