Biography:
Charles Hulen joined the IPR as a Junior Research Associate in the fall of 2006.  Charles brings to the IPR a variety and depth of experiences in social and behavioral science research.  He received his B.A. in Criminal Justice from Indiana University, Bloomington and holds a M.A. in Sociology from Indiana University-Purdue University, Indianapolis.
