Services Provided by The Ohio Poll

Organizations that participate in The Ohio Poll receive the following services. These services are included in the basic per question charge:

1. Assistance in defining your research objectives.
2. Assistance with wording and sequencing the survey questions.
3. Careful pretesting of each question and recommendations for changes in question design, if necessary.
4. Closely supervised telephone interviewing.
5. Interviewing conducted using a Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) system.
6. Quality-controlled processing of the data.
7. The results of each question cross-tabulated by standard demographic characteristics.
8. A study report that contains a brief analysis of the major findings and documents the technical aspects of the survey.
9. Consultation on interpreting the results and their implications.
